Vilborg Arna Gissurardóttir a young Icelandic women recently came back from a walk over the South Pole. She is the 9th women to finish the walk, 1.140 km over the ice, by herself. With this walk Vilborg organized a fundraiser for Líf, an organization who supports the women´s wing in the Icelandic Hospital. Vilborg has already gathered over 14 million Icelandic krona for the organization.
Last night Vilborg´s friends gathered at KEX hostel and celebrated their friend. Gydja Parfum supported them and gave the brave young Vilborg an EFJ Eyjafjallajokull, eau de parfum, as a part of a gift basket for her. |
